Eliot joined Fournel Advisory in 2020, where he leads M&A (sell-side/buy-side), LBO and structured financing transactions throughout the entire process, from origination to closing. With over six years of experience, he has successfully executed more than twenty transactions across diverse sectors including healthcare, consulting, hospitality, agri-food, and real estate.
He manages a team of analysts and oversees financial modelling and valuation analyses. Eliot brings an international perspective to the team, gained through his experience with LVMH Fragrance & Cosmetics in Singapore and Pivot Banca de Inversión in Bogotá.
He holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from IESEG School of Management.
