Fournel Advisory advises Fitz Group on the acquisition of a majority stake in Le Camondo and the financing of the transaction

Fournel Advisory is proud to have advised Fitz Group on the acquisition of a majority stake in Le Camondo, an iconic Parisian venue located within the Musée Nissim de Camondo in Paris’ 8th arrondissement.

As part of this strategic transaction, Fournel Advisory supported Fitz Group throughout the acquisition process, as well as in the structuring and implementation of the related financing.

The transaction enables Fitz Group to further expand its portfolio of distinctive Parisian venues and integrate Le Camondo into its operating platform, with the ambition of accelerating its development by leveraging the group’s expertise in customer experience, marketing, events and commercial development.
