FOURNEL ADVISORY once again advises FITZ GROUP on the acquisition of a majority stake in le CAMONDO and the financing of the transaction

Located within the Musée Nissim de Camondo in Paris’ 8th arrondissement, LE CAMONDO becomes the group’s sixth venue. This majority investment marks a new milestone in FITZ GROUP’s development and will support the transformation of the restaurant, with the ambition of enhancing its attractiveness and performance while preserving the unique identity and character of the venue.
As part of the transaction, FOURNEL ADVISORY advised FITZ GROUP on both the acquisition of the majority stake and the financing associated with the transaction.
